Delivery Method and fee

Customers can choose one fo the following delivery methods:

SF Express - Pay by Recipient

Self-pickup at SF Business Stations, SF Stores and SF Lockers. Shipping fee is charged at the standard price of SF Express and no additional cost is involved.

First kg: HKD25

Rate per sequent 0.5kg: HKD6

For purchase of HKD600 or above, free shipping of self-pickup at SF Business Stations, SF Stores and SF Lockers will be offered.

Delivery to Hong Kong SAR only.
Delivery Arrangement

In-stock products: Delivery will be arranged within 3 days upon receipt of order. We'll inform you the waybill number by email.

Pre-order products: All products are ordered from Japan, Korea and overseas, and usually take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive Hong Kong. Please kindly note and be patient. Any inquiries, feel free to contact us.
About Exchange & Return
If the merchandise you ordered is defective or damaged (dead on arrival ), or the merchandise is not ordered by you, you can apply for return or exchange it within 7 days of the receipt date, but be reminded that:

The product must be unused and in the original state of sale, together with all the original product tag(s);

The packaging of the merchandise must be in the state when it was delivered; and

Unless otherwise specified, no return or exchange of merchandise will be accepted.
How to exchange and /or return:

When you return an item purchased with a credit card, the payment will be refunded to the credit card that you originally used at time of the purchase within 4 to 8 weeks from the date of refund. Please check your credit card statement.

When you return an item purchased with PayMe, the payment will be returned to the PayMe account that you originally used at time of the purchase within 3 days from the date of refund. Please check your PayMe notification.

When you return an item purchased with FPS, the payment will be returned to the FPS account that you originally used at time of the purchase within 3 days from the date of refund. Please check your FPS notification.
